New & returning visitors
Someone can be new and return within the same period, so these numbers can overlap.
Clicks that show interest
Clicks on our Facebook and phone links. They do not confirm a Facebook visit or a completed call.
Results belong to visits that started in this period. Later leads and bookings from those visits are included. “View leads” opens this source across all dates.
Tracking settings & how counts work
Visitors are anonymous browser IDs, not verified people. A cookie keeps repeat visits connected for up to one year, renewed with activity. A different browser or cleared cookies may count again.
A new visit starts after 30 minutes of inactivity or arrival from a different identifiable source. Direct returns keep the last known source. Bookings include later cancellations. Browser events can be blocked; scans that never load the site cannot be counted.
